Quality Engineered Solutions.
Indoor air quality, indoor environmental quality, and HVAC systems are key for Zaretsky Engineering Solutions.

Commissioning

Commissioning is engaging in the testing of facilities and equipment to ensure that they are functioning correctly and produce expected results. When a building is commissioned it undergoes an intense quality assurance process that begins during design and continues through construction. Our commissioning engineers hold a more comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, products, and customer expectations.

Test Adjust Balance (TAB)

TAB’s purpose is to perform air and hydronic measurements on the HVAC system. HVAC systems initially installed in a building will not function at design specifications upon start-up. Adjusting the system to design specifications requires testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) of control devices. Investigating, identifying, and solving measurement problems allow you to accurately and reliably measure a wide variety of HVAC testing and balancing parameters that will have your building HVAC system operating at peak efficiency.

Installation

Installation of low voltage wiring and conduit for Phoenix valves, Aircuity and all Building Management Systems. Our certified technicians can perform any installation quickly and accurately for an upgrade, new construction, or renovation.

Start-Up

When HVAC equipment is installed and electrical power wired complete, the equipment must be “started up.” ZES technicians accurately observe and perform the manufactures start-up specifications. Commissioning control devices to insure proper function and performance verification protocols ensuring that rooms function and communicate properly with the building management system.

Fume Hood Certification

A requirement that fume hoods and other protective equipment are functioning properly and that any specific measures be taken to ensure proper and adequate performance of such equipment.
